Seamless.AI (Seamless Contacts, Inc.) is a business contact database: it sells work emails, phone numbers and job details to sales teams. It is registered as a data broker in California, Oregon and Vermont.

Opt out of Seamless.AI yourself

1. Start from the privacy page Seamless.AI lists in its data broker registration: preferences.seamless.ai/.
2. Follow what Seamless.AI told the Oregon data broker registry about opting out:

   Individuals may opt-out by using the methods provided here. The opt-out applies to the inclusion of the person's individual profile in our directory or search engine. After an individual opts out, we will no longer make their information available to our customers.

3. Follow what Seamless.AI told the Vermont data broker registry about opting out:

   Individuals may opt-out by using opt out request form located at https://preferences.seamless.ai/...

4. Skip email: GhostVault's demands to Seamless.AI's registry email address bounced, so use its web route.
5. Keep a copy of what you sent and the date. Search for your name on seamless.ai again in a few weeks to check the listing is gone.

What you cannot opt out of: Seamless.AI told the Vermont registry: "There are no activities for data sharing or sales that individuals may not opt out. However, some personal information may be collected and retained for legal and internal business purposes, such as maintaining preferences regarding opt-outs, data retention requirements, responding to requests, and others."
